We require references in all cases, in some cases you may be asked to provide a garantor, in which cases we will need a referance on them too.

Foreign nationals will need to contact the office for information on referencing requirements and must provide proof of identification ie. Driving licence / Passport / Birth Certificate / Marriage Certificate.

To hold a property, we require an administration fee.
